You can call your local wal mart and
ask for the sporting goods department
and they will be able to answer your question correctly......
Hunting Liecenses are usually only around 15.00 dollars ......And they are used for fishing too...

That depends o What jurisdiction you are in, what game are you hunting, what weapons are you using. The laws are different everywhere.
For example most state will allow you to set a mouse trap(technically this qualifies as hunting) without a license, but not much more.
