His personal interests were more important to him than his political obligations. He brags of reducing the crime rate in New York; easily done if you control the reports. Every month law enforcement agencies are required to report statistical data to the Justice Department identifying criminal activity in their jurisdictions. The reports are very easily manipulated and like any statistic can be skewed in any direction. A person with proper morals and integrity would be expected to report facts, but, on the other hand, a person who has demonstrated a lack of morals and integrity might be suspect to tampering with the facts to make himself look better! The people of New York and many of those who worked closely with the mayor openly report his service was often clouded and questionable. I am a democrat but if Clinton becomes the democratic candidate I will vote republican UNLESS Giuliani is the Republican candidate then I will have to pass with no vote for president. Neither of these two should be representing America; Bush has brought enough discredit to the United States without having one of these continuing it on for another four years! Both parties have great alternatives to these two!

But most that were committing crimes were deported (the bad ones, the one we DONT want in our Country) with the help of the other aliens. The hard working ones, that are here for a better life (just like our ancestors).

He changed his mind. Maybe he needed to profit off the illegals to acquire money for a Presidential run. It doesn't matter. If he is the Republican nominee he's gonna' get ripped in the General Election. You think Bill Clinton's got a closet full of skeletons? Wait until Guiliani's closet door is opened. Pandora's box ain't nothin'.
