does thta count as day one?!

I don't even count it to exactly 24 hours.
I'd say yes.
But who cares, honestly?
Women get aprox 500-550 periods in their lifetime.

For me it does, I count it as a day if it comes before 12am. It depends on how you want to do it. But I like to do it that way find out what works best for you.

depends of course on how your flow is but i usually don't count that late as number one.......i count it fully from like the morning or afternoon time

yeah count it as day one , but if it goes longer then five days dont count it next time!
