If you mean physically, you can definitely strengthen your heart. Cardio respiratory exercise can increase the amount of blood the heart pumps out with each beat, increase the oxygen that the blood can carry, and improve the way the muscles make use of the oxygen in that blood. The entire system gets stronger, including the heart.
If it's your emotional heart that you want to strengthen, I think talk therapy is the best way.
