iTunes itself is free, it's all the stuff on there that's not! Songs are between 0.99 cents and $1.29. Music videos are $1.99. Movies are between $9.99 and $14.99.

Now, what I do is find the music video of the song that I want on YouTube. Then I right-click/copy the URL at the top of the page. Then I go to http://www.zamzar.com/url and paste the URL into the box. Then press Convert to mp3. (If you want the video, press Convert to mp4) Then type in your email address.

A few minutes later they'll send you an email. All you do is click on the link, press Download, then Save, then save it somewhere where you'll be able to remember where it is.

Then open iTunes and click File > Add File to Library and click on the song. Then just sync your iPod! Free music/vids.
