My girlfriend and i have been having protected sex for a few months now, recently she went on the pill and we just had unprotected sex for the first time. Before doing this i went and spoke to the doctors to ask about std's, he said that i should be fine and not need testing. After i ejaculated my girlfriend complained of excruciating pain and a very small amount of blood. What on earth could have happened here!?

She could have a yeast or vaginal bacterial infection. This can be caused by the pill which can mess up the PH. With either of these infections rawness or bleeding can happen. Go see a gyno.
