Dear friend,
My late partner, Gwenneth and I suffered at the hands of her famly for 42 years. When she died I was overseas and returned to find they had buried her in a private cemetary under a stone reading "UNKNOWN TO GOD".
I was filled with hatred, eventually suffering suicidal depression and alcoholism. My dear Brother and his family sought help for me and eventually I recovered after learning to forgive Gwen's family.
I see now that they were affected by a zealous hatred of "difference". I do not think they would hug me and I'm not sorry. Another character flaw.

Strangely enough, I try to give my friends a hug everyday. I have this thing where I try to make each person's day a little brighter. It really helps!

God IS Love. He loves us all equally and won't send gays to hell simply because they are gay. But you must accept Christ into your life. When I was first saved, it was a really exciting experience-until I found out about the anti-gay ppl that call themselves Christians.
Luckily the church I attend is very liberal and open to all kinds of people, but there are some that are not as open-minded. I pray for those people and hope that they may realize the corruption of their beliefs.

Thank you kind lady. Of course we accept (((hugs))) -- Some folk in the section from which you came to visit are frightened because we are different. They then find excuses in the letter while forgetting the spirit of their faiths, to attack. Do not worry, most of us do not hold it against them. I for one just feel sad for them because there is so much love and life -- and yet, they cannot really find it.
