On the box it says it plays MPEG4 and WMV9 video files and MP3, MP3 VBR, WMA Protected WMA OGG WAV and ASF audio files but when ever I put movie files on they say there there on my computer but on the device they say either theyre not found or are not compatable, even when they are. Im really stuck on what to do so any help would be really appreciated. Its a LG touch me FM37, 4GB. If you need to know anyting else plase email me.

They have to be mp4 files, not mpg or avis. Check out the web for 'avi to mp4' converter. There are lots there!

They have to be in mp4 form. Go to http://www.zamzar.com and browse for the file. Then click Convert to mp4. Then type in your email address.
They'll send you an email a few minutes later and all you do is click on the link, press Download, Save, and then save it somewhere where you'll be able to find it again.
Easy! =D

I think they have to be MP4
download the files and transfer them into MP4
I think itunes can do this.

VLC is super. the priority you're dealing with is probable considering you like the Dvix kit. you could acquire it for loose and it will show you how to play it with regardless of participant you have already got.
