It's for a school paper, and when you answer can you explain why you answered the way you did.

obviosly neither, but I'd say a high person. I think of the two the high person would be more cautious and drive a bit slower and not see blurry.

good luck!

My best friend drove me home drunk once (it wasn't very far and he crashed at my place), so now I'll eventually have a high person do the same!

Defnitely someone who was high. Despite what some people believe, marijuana is NOT as dangerous as alcohol. Marijuana even helps cancer patients with their nausea from chemo.

The question is not sensible. It's like asking someonw whether they would rather be killed by a gun or a sword. The end affect is the same.

Legally there is a an allowable alcohol limit that a driver can drink before he breaks the law, but there is NO minimum limit for controlled drugs. So if there is a crash and the driver has had a "pint" then he may be below the limit and not be prosecuted for drunk driving - but if he has ANY amount of controlled drug in his system then he WILL be prosecuted. It does not matter whether the driver was at fault and caused the crash or not; he/she will be tested by the police.

You should also know that if you knowingly get into a car driven by someone who is drunk or on drugs then you will suffer what is called "contributory negligence". This means that when the accident happens you will not receive a lot of money in compensation from the insurance, and no court would support your claim for more money.

High person if it's just weed. But if they're a tweaker, forget it.

neither one- they're an accident waiting to happen

if u notice most of the time those idiots r the ones that survive while the innocent ones r those that r killed or severely hurt.

but since there's just those choices I'd say high.
