masqurade mask?

ok so in the spring, we have a band banquet and we have a theme of masqurade, everyone has to wear a mask, any ideas?

I had one of these a few months ago, and I got my mask 'painted' on by mac makeup artists... looks really cool and different - and you dont have to hold one in your hand the whole night!

something sleek, like um, from the play, Phantom of the Opera, you know? watch the 2004 movie and get some ideas from that scene...it's amazing by the way.
