Sometimes they are there or they are too busy. And yes they say that to make you feel better so you won't go crawling somewhere else. It's compeition!

No, most companies have a stupid automated system.
Then if you do get a live person, it is someone who does not speak English and does not even live in this country.
You can not even understand them!!!!

I usually get a busy signal. I guess those television phones were not the best thing for me to get. =)

your call is important to us, but so is blasting elevator music in your brain. we'll transfer you to our first operator the minute he leaves the secretary's room.
