my boyfriend is really muscular and i was like, "omg lance do u work out?" and he was like "oh man nah i eat lotsa applejacks." and then he told me to go to this website and I went there and it sed that apple jacks build muscle tissue and they increase sperm count too. is that true?

He should try a little exercise and plenty of sleep. I think diet and genes also play a role in sperm capacity. When men reach their forties they tend to lose testosterone. In any case a good healthy table spoon per day is plenty and is more than enough to get the job done. Some people are fooled by those porn stars but most of them are freaks of nature or are trained for the release. Waiting a month to do the long jump isn't my idea of fun.

OMG! I have never heard that before. What is the website? Anyone can put anything on the Internet, so how do you guys know that it is actual fact? Is it documented by doctors? Make sure that things are documented by doctors or some other source before believing it from the Internet.

yes. absoultely. also mcdonald's McFish's and BK whopper's help. Captain Crunch peanutbutter and fruit loops definitely help with sperm count as well. Happy junk food eating

Absolutely not, that is ridiculous. There is nothing in the ingredients to Apple Jacks that would cause that.
