Surely you jest!
Don't have jobs?
Since when are Republicans so uptight they can't ride free?
There might be posers and yuppies that only ride on weekends but in time they will come to understand what it means to be in the wind with that big, rumbling twin underneath them. Or they will just give it up because they don't get what it's about.
The ones that don't get it will ride for a year or two and sell the bike hopefully to someone who will USE it as it was intended.

In the San Francisco Bay Area, the majority of HD riders reside in the Castro district. Harleys are extremely popular in the gay community - the flash, the leather chaps and vests, the big mustaches, the tassels and studs - lets face it, a Harley should come stock from the factory with a rainbow sticker. Anyone that rides one that claims to be straight is either lying or is a passenger on the express train to homoville. But to answer the question, the majority of this faction of society are democrats.

The Wild One was a hollywood version of a event in Hollister, CA. And most outlaw bikers of that era did ride american bikes. They picked them up from GI or law enforcement auctions because they couldn't afford BSA's or Triumphs. The Brit bikes were the high end superfast bikes of the era and doubt anyone would pay top dollar and take a blow torch to them like they did with the HD's and Indians, etc.
And a M2 Browning .50 cal has a alot of bite, lol.
I don't ride HD and do tend to think most look like fashion vicitims, but that is just my dumb opinion, whatever makes you happy. And I think the question is more stupid than any harley rider I have met.

why does it matter? all you wanted to do, was the typical trash talk and put downs when you obviously don't have a clue what your talking about.
Not that it is your business, but I am a republican. I have also been riding for 41 years, I've owned 26 different bikes, the last 5 have all been Harley's. I work on and service all my bikes, as well as my cars and trucks. I'm also a retired cop. I belong to a motorcycle club that is 25 years old.
I'm more often than not wearing a pair of blue jeans and a t shirt with the sleeves hacked off and a headcover. I'm just under 6'3 and weigh 300lbs,have numerous tattoo's, keep my head shaved and have a walrus mustache.
I have also been married for 24 years,to the same woman and have 3 children, and 3 grand children. I ride between 8,000 and 15,000 miles every year.
So where do you think I fit in your little scenario?

I would say that most of the true 1% crowd would fall under Libetarian Party beliefs ..... and I seriously disagree with them being Peaceful or "free";they are usually in and out of jail quite in confinement and fighting for real for their rights of their person and to eat and sleep without being gang raped, robbed, beaten for their skin color .... etc ,etc ........
and the majority of Yuppies would be either Republican or Libetarians
I ride a Harley and am very interested in the use of my firearms,my personal property and my Liberties and freedom .........

Well on paper I'm a Democrat. I am more conservative than most Republicans I know. I'm peaceful by nature and I work my nards off so I can afford the freedom to do what I please. Not a poser, not a yuppie.

because of the fact lots people (electorate) in that party pushes and helps warfare. and that they are consistently attempting to the government to purchase further and extra weapons to apply in a warfare, yet do no longer choose to be taxed for the weapons. This united states of america would not choose greater weapons or greater wars. that's no longer the respond. and you're merely attempting to coach this right into a Democratic fault. The "dems" are actually not those that I see who're consistently yelling for warfare and greater weapons each and every of the time.

Most I know tend to be Republican. They are conservative, "buy American", flag waving, and support rights to bear arms. Those are largely Republican Party fundamentals. They tend to be staunch capitalists.
Democrats have more socialist tendencies. The egomania associated with something as materialistic as a Hardly doesn't fit the motif...

Well we don't talk politics too much ,but I beg to differ.
Most of the guys I ride with are more conservative ( bordering redneck).
This is more indicative of Republicanism.
