Question concerning footnotes for reasearch paper.?

When doing a reasearch paper and putting footnotes in the paper is the number for the footnote supposed to be before or after the statement you are footnoting

Yes. I researched this when I was in college. I will give you a great start point. Nearly all Criminal are narcisistic. They do not look at the world through the same set of lenses as we do. If you notice in conversation, or even in acquaintance you can tell much about a person and how they think right away. There are people who would never be able to ever commit a crime because of their morals, values and beliefs. Yet others, it is hard for them to walk the straight and narrow. The have different values, beliefs, and morals. Mainly their belief system is based on their own desires, own self gain, and satisfaction. On a smaller scale the same personality type is present when people cheat on their mates, lie to friends and family, take home belongings innocently from their jobs, and so on. The only difference is the degree to which they take the level to. Many people have criminal minds. It is a self centered, narcisistic, sense of entitlement, not think aboput the longterm outcome but the immediate desires. These people have conduct disorder. They usually start out rebelling against their parents. If they cannot get along with their family, they begin having conflict in school, on the job, in society etc. They do not like to have authority over them. The more control placed on them,. the more they rebel. It is as though, they never mature in their minds.
