My little sister is 15 and the other day I walked in on her and her "boyfriend" making out, topless. My parents are Spanish-Catholic and don't believe in sex before marriage and won't even bring up the topic until she's 16 probably. I don't think they can wait that long. I told them this but they told me it wasn't my buisness. I'm worried about my sister, and I don't think she knows that she's getting into. Am I overstepping my boundries if I give her "the talk" even against my parents wishes. I remember losing my virginity, and I want her experience to be better than mine was.

Yes you are overstepping your boundaries because you do not have direct responsibility for the impact your advice may have...your parents do. But since this is your sister, I suppose you are permitted some leeway, just make sure you're factually accurate and instructive beyond what you think is required. In other words, don't teach the outcome you want to occur, but the pros, cons, and mechanics of what you know to be true. Then do your parents the courtesy of informing them what you've done.

Offer to be there for her if she needs to speak to someone. Lucky to have you a sister that she can come to. Mine would have told my parents. Unfortunately teenagers do not listen. It is not your business now, but god forbid she gets pregnant she is going to her sister for support not her parent.
