If your having cramping and back pressure that wont go away it sounds like the beginning of labor to me. Yes you should definitely call your doctor.

I had this too and function a classic being pregnant. Crampign and stretching is a robust sign, yet cramping like undesirable era pains or cramping and bleeding are reasons for concern and you may bypass to the ER. better of success!

Go to the hospital. Back pain is sometimes really labor pains. Better to go and be sent home that not go and have the baby born at home. Sometimes contractions feel like cramps.

It's the baby leaning on your insides that causes the pain. your right about the hozi they'll just send you home.
I do feel for you been there done that and then a beautiful baby at the end. you will forget all the pain as soon as your baby's born.
Good luck

Just sit or lay down for a while..If they continue, even while you sleep and they wake you up, call the doc..But, they might want to stop it if you go in now..How far away from 37 weeks are you? I guess it just depends on the doc too as to what they will do

Sounds like the end of pregnancy. If it subsides after a bath, don't worry. If it progressively gets worse, go to the doctor. I personally think that this is just the end of pregnancy joys but trust me, if it gets worse, please go to the doctor, wouldn't want to deliver a baby at home.
