Ok i have not had a period since July? I have been tested for pregnancy 3 times and they all came back negative. Is it dangerous not to have a period for that long.

No, there can be several reason for this. One, your age; if you are under the age of 18, your body is still getting used to the hormal changes. Two; you are not eating properly. So people are starving themselves and the body recognizes this and starts to stop the period so you won't get pregnant if your body cannot support a child. Three; you are taking meds that are interferring with it, your hormones are imbalanced, etc., etc.

To solve this, why don't you simply make an appointment with an OB/GYN?

There is no medical reason why women NEEDS to have a period every month. 4 months is a long time to be missing one. I went for 6 months once and it turned out that my body has stopped producing hormones. I took a pill everyday for a week and ever since then I havent missed any, with the exceptions of bot my pregnancies. Talk to your doctor, get some bood work done. Good luck.

I would consult a dr just to be on the safe side. Have you been under any stress? Or maybe haven't been eating properly? That can cause you to miss periods.

a couple missing factors here
1) age are you young and just starting you cycles
2) have you recently started any new birth control, or other meds?
3) health are you in good health other wise?

all of these can alter a monthly cycle

Its hard to say.

No that's not normal.

Talk to your doctor. You might have a syndrome known as Polycystic Ovaries.

Then again...I'm not a doctor. That's as best as I can do.

Good luck, I hope you get it sorted out.
