There's an age limit on iPods?

Some people at school are saying that the iPod in some states is being limited to people 13 and older. I think it's all crap but i'm not sure...is it?

No lol that's not true.

But they're trying to make it illegal for people in New York to listen to iPods while crossing the street. They get fined $100. Haha!
