Dose anybody know what special Edition this is?

On most GM cars they have editions where the car is grey and and has a black soft top, some times they are all back and have a gold lining. there was an impala edition that i wanted to buy but i seen a couple other GM cars like that, does any body know the name of this edition

I think you're speaking about a "cabriolet" model, steel top covered with a faux "soft top", looks similar to a convertible top.
Usually found on top end autos in the US, Caddy, Impalas, Buicks, Lincolns, etc. It's not really an edition, more so an option. Look nice, but not my particularly my cup of tea.
