Yes you can. Just about anywhere, anytime as long as a landowner doesn't boot you off. For that matter if you ask a land owner (if one is even around) he probably won't care...just pay him a little bit and clean up after yourself.

the final trekking spot in Morocco is Toubkal. bypass from Marrakech to a village referred to as Amlil, then start up the hike to the final of Toubkal, there's a tenting game referred to as "refugee" i think of, that's purely 80 Dz a evening there. have relaxing there.
