Since the epididymis is related to sperm maturation, I would guess the female counterpart to be the ovary.

Since epididymus means 'a long, narrow, convoluted tube, part of the spermatic duct system, that lies on the posterior aspect of each testicle, connecting it to the vas deferens', the female equivalent would be the fallopian tube (one of a pair of long, slender ducts in the female abdomen that transport ova from the ovary to the uterus and, in fertilization, transport sperm cells from the uterus to the released ova; the oviduct of higher mammals).
