NO, well, maybe if you are talking about 15 minutes after having sex, then they may appear flushed and/or irritated.

I have heard from shows like CSI that they can see small micro-tears, abrasions to tell if sex was gentle/consensual or rough/rape. They even use clock-positions of the tears to determine if the sex was willing or not. But this could all be hollywood.
If you dont have enough lube, the walls and the lips can become abraded and turn dark in some areas for some hours.
So yes, I think an inspection can show if there was 'extensive' sex.
(Wonder if I can talk the wife into an experiment - all in the interest of science of course...)
