In what ways can he "help" get my milk flowing again???

Actually, he can help by stroking or gently squeezing your breast to encourage milk flow. Start from the top and stroke downwards. It works best if he sits behind you with his arms round you.
This is useful if your baby is bottle fed but you want to introduce breast milk. If your baby is already breast feeding then it may hinder more than help as your body will make what it needs. If you're using a pump then this may help, but every woman is different.
I know it's a bit embarrasing at first, but don't forget that you both have an interest and love of your baby, and if this brings you closer and lets you both work towards your childs health then it cannot be bad.

If you live near a decent sex shop, you can go in and buy thingamajigs that are made to suck nipple.
The local upscale dildo parlour here was selling snakebite kits with the idea that people could use the suction part for that...
Might be fun for him to apply? Just throwing the idea out there.

Teach him how to use the pump, and let him take care of it. The more that flows, the more it will make. It might give him some jollies too.

oh he can absolutely help!
not necessarily by sucking your nipples.....but by touching your breasts....stroking them....anything that is skin to skin contact
it is the same concept as having your baby skin to skin when inducing milk production.....hold your baby with no clothes for the both of you if possible
when my husband touches my breasts it never fails to induce letdown...haaaa.....and then i get to tell him i told you so and quickly steal my bra back from him

Things he could do beside support you are give your breast stimulation. He could help you by massaging your breast before you pump.
