I'm 12, and haven't had my period yet, but in my dream I did. I was talking to a whole bunch of girls on my cross country team and then it felt like I went to tha bathroom. So I went to the bathroom and looked in my underwear and there was blood. I then started crying and then I woke up
WHat does this mean? I didn't actually wet my bed though.

Don't stress over it hun. It probably means nothing more than you are anxious about starting your period. Talk to you mom about it or a big sister if you have one. It's a big change in your life. You might want someone to talk to about it. Believe me, sometimes it just as hard for the mom to talk about it as the daughter. Don't worry about it. You asked and got some good answers. It may seem traumatic, but it really isn't. There is absolutely nothing to be embarrassed about.

Sometimes dreams have meaning or revelations hey maybe you will soon become a young woman and get your period, or it could be that you may have been thinking or talking about it lately and scared yourself so you had that dream. Dont be scared its annoying but nothing to worry about! Good luck

More than likely your body is getting ready to go through puberty.You obviously know about having a period, and are aware of the bodily changes and signs. Your sleeping mind is trying to make you realize that your body is changing.

Are you anxious to get it? That may have been why you dreamed about getting your period. I got mine when I was 12. Dont worry. It will come. (And you wont want it anymore)

I don't think it means anything...but I wouldn't worry about it. 13 is a more average age to start anyways.

sometimes dreams come true. then again, sometimes they dont. but dont worry, periods r not tht bad.
