no.lice live on the hair and feed off the scalp.the scalp creates the warmth and food that the lice need to survive.if he has hair around the sides then it's possible although the hair has to be at least 2 inches long as the eggs(nits) are attached to the shaft about 1/2-1 inch from the scalp for incubation.

It depends on whether you're completely bald. If you are, then you've got nothing to worry about. If you've got a Friar Tuck, then you can still get head lice. In fact, they prefer short hair to long.

I think head lice need hair to live in. They attach their nits to the hair at the base of the scalp.

Yeahh. The lice live in hair, to hide. They will still live in bald peoples hair. They bite into your head and suck tiny bits of blood out of it.

Not on their head but they can get the lice in armpit or chest hair or pubic hair xx

Head lice is called HEAD LICE for a reason!!! not too live in your chest... the person who said so! lol funny though.
And no you cant get head lice unless you have hair! the reason is because they live on your scalp, dead skin, etc... so NO hair! NO lice...
