It would depend on what kind of food, location, clientele, etc..Look at the history of the building or city, try to find something there. Perhaps the address is a good enough name. It sounds like you need to do some research, whatever it is it must catch people driving or walking by and describe what the concept is by the name. Good luck. By the way, you spelled restaurant wrong.

**This was a name of a restaurant that I went to about 28 years ago in Pennsylvania and I have NEVER forgotten it! It was quite elegant, quaint, a fireplace, top notch food, and our host wore a top hat and bowtie when he sat us.....it was called... "SIGN OF THE SOREL HORSE" AHHH awesome place!!!

i live in palm beach, i work at Spoto's Oyster bar.....5 star reastaurant 5 award from zagat!!! also, ruth chris steakhouse, breakers hotel, shula's at pga national, raindancer, taboo on worth avenue, (all the stars eat at taboo)
