EASY. Just find out what your motherboard is then check its specs or post your motherboard details here. Try using CPUZ to get your motherboard details. http://www.cpuid.com/cpuz.php

IMO you might as well just open up your computer and look at the buses you have, I can tell you which ones are which and you will have to open it sooner or later to install it, so might as well find out how now and save you the time of learning.

PCI (the most common and oldest bus/port) will be the shortest bus you have and usually comes in 2 or 3 on one board. This shouldn't be even considered for graphics cards, only sound cards.

AGP (the next gen bus) will be longer and mainly comes one at a time on a board. It will usually have a fitting device on the end and will be have two parts if you look at the interface. AGP will be a short part followed by a longer part then the fitting device, if it has one.

PCI-e (PCI Express; newest bus and will comprise of most cards out now) will also be longer than PCI. Its a bit longer than AGP, but without a AGP port next to it you can't tell by just taking a glance for a second. PCIe buses will usually come one at a time as well, unless you have a SLI/Crossfire board, and will also have two main parts to the interface; longer first then the shorter then a fitting device.

Check the system requirements on the box, or the PNY website, then compare those to your PC's specs.
