I draw, play music, write and practise tai chi and I'm into serious cooking.
However these are not the only way I express my creativity. I express it in a variety of tasks and actions that I do in my ordinary life.
For instance partecipating as best as I can in answers is just as creative as writing a novel, painting a picture o playing a piece of music if not more at times. In fact answers can be more creative and rewarding than any of the latter because those are more than often solitary pursuits and not always rewarding and pain free as people think.
Beside I can express my creativity in the way I talk, I dress, I love, I play or just anything. The idea that creativity can be expressed only with arts is totally erroneous.
I like Zen philosophy and in Zen every action for as little or insignificant that it may seem can be equally creative there are no distinctions.

I play guitar, write, sing, paint....all the usual creative outlets other people do. Nothing earth shattering, but it makes me happy. Other people I know like pottery and gardening. Maybe when I retire, I'll try those....with a lot of patience.
Sounds lame but I also try and be a creative worker (not to sound like a communist lol). It makes life more interesting. If I'm creative at work; solving a problem, explaining things in a new way to people, then I further my own growth and then work goes by faster and isn't a drudge.
I guess maybe I try to be creative in some way all the time.
I think if you're not creative, you're destructive....and we have too much destruction in the world already, I don't need to add to it.

I come up with grabbing opening sentences for books.. I can't write the rest of the book, but I can start at least one a day ;-)
The one I came up with today was...
Everything was grey, the vibrancy of the lush green grass was washed out by the chilling mist that greeted the dawn.

I write books! Whenever an idea comes to me, I HAVE to write it down. I actually gathered a couple of ideas today, all written on cafeteria napkins!
