One of the best movies ever. Probably the best war movie i have seen. Really puts you in the character's seat. If you have surround sound, you're in for a treat.

Brilliant. After you watch it rent the HBO 10-part Band of Brothers series (which is even better) and you will fully understand the tremendous sacrific of American forces in Europe during WWII. It also really highlights the randomness of death during the war. No Jon Rambos in these movies.
