sorry for answering your age restriction question-27 is close enough to 40. My non professional opinion is that your hair is bored and its choosing to tye-dye itself. Its like trippin- oh geeeze don cha no ya der eh??

I have one 'down there' that keeps coming back. I pluck it right out every time I see it--that hurts--but it only prolongs the inevitable. I'm not even in my mid 30s yet..........
