Hi dear, it seems that you have been hurt so much but everyone in a way or another has encountered these types of situation. I agree but listen, everything that happens or happened is for our own good. Can u live a life without people? No u can't. Life is a collection of relationships.

These situations are preparing you to be selective among the people you hang around. You just have to be careful and let me tell you one thing: you will learn the types of people you want to share your own things.

I was in the same situation before where i could not trust anybody but time has and is teaching me how to find my own people that is true friends.

You are not alone. i know you'll find your way soon.

It's sad that you feel that way, it suggests you have been let down in love or in early relationships.
Clearly, many people are dishonest and opportunistic, equally some people are honest, true and capable of fidelity. The problem is you cannot know with absolute certainty whether the person you are in love with will be faithful to you and so love leaves most people feeling very insecure. To be cheated on causes most people unbearable pain. The pain can be so great that people never risk fallig in love again. Sadly there is no real answer to your very good question. I personally ask new dates about their history and gradually find out how they view women, including their own mothers (avoid the mother/father haters) and ascertain their views on fidelity.

First of all you must have had some bad experience with people in general and all people are not the same. i dont feel the same way as you do open your eyes and look at the inside of a person and stop looking at the out side.

Yes. That's the result of people lying and hurting me in my life. It leaves a lasting impression. I'd rather not trust someone and be proved wrong, than trust someone and find out I've been lied to.

It's hard to trust but I usually demand someone prove themselves first, though of course I never think I have to do the same.

Yes, I feel the same especially at work. People look at you and smile then turn around and stab you in the back.

My philosophy is that you only trust people as much as you yourself can be trusted. If they screw you over then that hurts but if not then you have gained something from it.
