We usually have a big dinner on Christmas Eve with beef tenderloin, crab legs, and lots of side dishes. On Christmas morning, we'll have a late brunch with pastries, eggs benedict using steak and or crab instead of ham, and other yummy brunch items.

Well on Christmas morning..we have hot Cinnamon rolls.. and we have a late lunch or early supper type meal..we have Turkey, mashed potatoes with turkey gravy, Corn, Sweet potatoes, stuffing, Pineapple-cheese salad, baked beans, dinner rolls, and we have home made breads and pies... it may sound a lot but it last for about a week... worth the left overs...and we make sure the company we have over takes some to..

On Christmas Eve we have the Italian Tradition of 13 fish dishes. One for each apostle, yeah including Judas. I think the Italian just wanted an extra dish-smiles.
You always have fish, shrimp, squid, conch, clams, mussels, lobster (if you're rich) and others.
On Christmas we have a goose with all the fixings ending with port wine and stilton cheese. The English tradition.
