Why do people think they can measure ghosts or ghosts activities? If they are in are minds how can you measure that?

I don't think that its ghost in our imagination I believe its spirits you can determine if their good or bad

OK, here's your most controversial answer, but TRUTH:
Ghosts and all their doings and dealings is not anything innocent. The power from which they "manifest" is demonic, from Satan.
People's spirits or souls do not "come back". But, demons have the power to manifest themselves in ways and with information that make people believe it is the spirit of someone they've "called back" in a seance or something like that.
The devil is real. Evil is real. And, it comes to you -- "a wolf dressed sheep's clothes".

i do not think they are in our imagination. there have been numerous people (including myself) that have had encounters with what they believe to be ghosts or unexplainable apparitions. i think that if a persons mind is open to more than what they have personally experienced they are likely to see more. but to each his own ;-)

ghosts are not in our imagination, but it does being specially attuned to certain frequencies to be able to see, hear and feel spirits. And I don't know how you can meaure spirit activity, to be honest.
