This seems to be a trend at the moment in Manchester, England, we have Kayden, Jayden, Brayden, Kade, Aden, I think you should go more different so your Son will not be in school with all the same name boys as him choose something original yet different, congrats anyway love Nicola X

I would go with Cade by itself. My son's name is Cade Ryan. Also Cade Benjamin, Cade Matthew, Cade Garrison, etc are also some others I have heard. Caden is cute too, but I knew I would end up calling him Cade anyways. Great name choice!

I actually do like the name Caden, but not cade for short though. I was shocked to hear that a teacher I work with named her son Caden. Ive never heard of that name before but Ive grown to like it because its different.

I love the name Caden. The nickname Cade is good too. Caden Micheal sounds so nice! Good Luck :)

Nope. Not Caden, not Cade. If you want him to have the same name as half a dozen of his classmates, go with something a little less plastic. Michael or James or Charles, for instance.

I guess it's cute, but so unoriginal. The whole Jayden, Caden, Aiden thing is what EVERYONE is doing right now! Those will be the names that define today's generation, just like the Georges and Petes and Harrys of the old days, and just like the Justin, Jennifer, Tiffany, Michaels of our generation. None of them are bad names, just don't expect his name to distinguish him.

I would go with Cade instead of Caden. Caden is becoming very popular as are most -en, -in, -yn names.
♥Good luck!

Caden, I like it, Cade would be a good nickname.
I would stick to Caden though, call him Cade.

My son who is 8 has a boy whos name is Kaden on his baseball team, and also goes to school with him. My 13 yr old son had a boy named "Cade" on his baseball team also when he was young. However, the actual meaning of the name Cade is "lump, round or barrel", lol. Still a cute name! Best of luck!
