Whether you want to or not you SHOULD NOT! I don' t know what you are thinking. Really you are just a kid, kids should not be engaging in that kind of activity. They should not even be dating for that matter. Go to school, learn the stuff, play with your friends, and forget about having sex until you are old enough to be able to fully understand and support the possible consequences of having sex. You arn't even old enough to get a part-time job, and don't think your parents will take care of the baby. Besides sex should be between a husband and a wife. Sex is not as fun as it sounds. It comes with responsibilities. What if your partner gets pregnant? Are you going to be man enough to own up to your responsibilities, because I tell you the truth, the average guy today isn't, not even the average grown up man. There's only ONE protection that 100% aids against pregnancy, and that is abstinence. Not even withdrawal method works, as there are sperm in the pre-ejaculation fluid. And she can get pregnant ANY time during her cycle. There's even a low chance she can when she's on her period. Sleeping with too many people can get you STDs. STDs exist for a reason, and it is NOT for us to be promiscuous. Even herpes is enough to make a girl not want to date you, and you have the legal obligation to admit you have HIV/AIDS or herpes, or she can sue you.
Then there's when you finally meet your lifelong partner, you have to admit to her how many people you slept with. And if the number's too high and you're a real man, you won't feel too good about your lifelong partner not being you're first, or not even close to it.
Save your virginity for your wife. It will save you LOTS of baggage and problems and heartache if you do.
I know having an erection is not pleasant, but you should control the urges and not let the urges control you! When you have one, find ways to take your mind off sex or avoid anything that may cause you to have sex..

Im a girl though, but that doesnt mean i dont know where you're coming from. trust me, ive felt like i had to have sex to either stay in a relationship, or whatever. but i get this. I never had though, because i personally dont feel im ready. But, im not gonna say its wrong. But Im not going to say it's right. But I will help you out here a little:
1) If you dont already have a gf, then ya need to get one! lol

2)Make sure you are BOTH ready! DO NOT pressure her!

3)After you know you are both ready, then you're going to have to decide you will.

It's normal to feel that way -- it's called HORMONES! You really should wait until you're married to have sex, or at least until you're old enough to be able to handle the consequences. If you have sex, there's always a chance that the girl could get pregnant and at 13, there's no way you could raise a kid and provide for all its needs. You can't even get a job!

Don't do it cause you'll regret it once you are a father at 14-15. Sex adds a ton of responsibility in a relationship and it can cause stress (lol I know.. sounds silly). Let me tell u what I told my 19 yr old son when he was your age. Now adays when u have sex u might be signing your death certificate. Plus if u don't know what to do then doesn't that give u a clue that u are not ready..Don't cheapen love making by just wanting to do a sex act.You might regret it.There are other ways to release tension without doing it with someone. By having sex and not knowing what your doing u are taking a chance of getting her pregnant. That really sucks cuz then as soon as u get a job they will deduct child support form your check.
