I just got the sansa c240 and when i uplooaded music and started playing it, it was fine but then like 2 min later it started to slow down and then it started skipping,then my screen freezes,plzz help

wow love the all caps lol.

Uh it sounds like a battery problem to me as well, Most high end devices require high end batteries, unfortunately you cant go cheep on those, look at the back of the popular brand batteries they usually come with a guide to show you what type of batter works best with what type of device.

Sounds like the battery is dying.

Replace the battery and see if that solves it.

*** Edit: I understand that you just got it. The batteries, however, could have been manufactured in 1999 or something, and have been sitting on a shelf waiting to be put in a new Sansa. If you're unable to spend the money for new batteries to try, see if a friend will loan you their batteries from their working Sansa. ***

YOU MAY HAVE TO CLEAN DISK PART OF THE EYE OR GET DISK CLEANER PUT ON IT OR U HAVE SOME THATNEED TO BE DELETED JUST TO MAKE IT WORK BETTER FOR YOU OK
