A good way to get into the mood is turning on some good and loud music (you have to hear over the vaccum) then you put on a glittery or brightly colored piece of cloth around your head, why? Because I said so!
Now, it's time to get out all the supplies. I say start bottoms up sweep, mop, toilets, vaccum and lastly dust. Or you can dust and then vaccum.
But you have to get in a very angry mood first or you won't get motivated so yell at something or find something that bugs you like the dishes not being done and yell out "what lazy butt didn't do these..MAN!" "GEEZ" and then you'll be like "That's It" I'm pissed I'll show this dirty house who is the boss around here" and then you will have a clean house.

I do. Oddly enough. I load books onto my iPod and spend hours doing crazy housework. In the end, I've listened to a good chunk of a book and all my laundry is done, dishes are clean, bathrooms are spotless, no dog/cat hair anywhere in the house, fresh linens on the beds, recycling sorted, and the bills are paid (part of housework). Best part...my wife's biggest aphrodisiac is a clean house! It just gets her off! So, when all is said and done, it can be a very satisfying day.

Absolutely Not! Housework is no fun at all. I would love to hire someone to organize my big mess. Then, I would hire a maid to keep it in order and clean.

Unfortunately, I don't have money to hire the help. I doubt my house is enough of a mess to get Oprah to help, either. She gets some really messy stuff on her show.

The people who answer your question that 'like' housework can e-mail me and they can come over and clean my house!!

OR... Maybe I'll buy some lottery tickets and take a chance that I'll get rich!! ;)

Not really but then I like a clean, tidy house so I have to. I'll do anything but the ironing though. It just represents the boring, monotonous, repetitive part of being a wife and mum and I can't stand it.

YES! As a matter of fact, I just went on a cleaning frenzy an hour ago. Now I have a nice, clean kitchen and bathroom, and windows, and cabinets.

I don't like doing it, no. But if it's a toss up between doing none and living in a pigsty, or gritting my teeth and making myself do it, I suppose I do it.

But I certainly don't do it with good grace and it takes me ages to get motivated enough to do it!
