okay on this site: http://www.say-it-in-english.com/BasicEnglish5.html it says pamela and I is correct. Im still a little confused?

which sentence is correct:

1) The apartment belongs to Pamela and I.
2) The apartment belongs to Pamela and me.

It's sentence #2. "To" is a preposition. A preposition requires a direct object. "I" is not a direct object. "Me" is. There you go.

Good rule of thumb, and one everyone suggests: take away the other person and if it makes sense, it's right. If it doesn't make sense, use the other. IE, "The apartment belongs to I" doesn't make sense, so sentence 1 is wrong.

2. if you take pamela out, it says "the apartment belongs to me." always take the other person out and if it sounds right, then it is. the site if wrong

I explained last time that it was sentence 2 because when you take away "Pamela" it is gramatically correct.

Correct: Belongs to Pamela and me.
Correct: Pamela and I went to the movie.
(You say," I went to the movie." You don't say "Me went to the movie."
If you're confused use the above principle.
You and he came today.
They came to see him. (not he)
