Answers outage on Sunday, November 18
Hey, everyone –

The Yahoo! Answers engineers are scheduled to perform regular maintenance on Sunday, November 18, starting at 9 a.m. PST. We expect the work to last about 3 hours and there will be a total outage on Yahoo! Answers during this time.

Sorry for any inconvenience. We’ll keep you posted if there are any changes to the schedule.

No, I'm not part of the Yahoo Team. Just cut and pasted..lol!
Someone else, I think Morgan O posted this earlier...but I guess I am a bit slow....I didn't understand that Yahoo would be out for three hours.
Golly Gee! What will I do?

Laundry...there are mountains of it downstairs. In a seven person household it builds up fast, and leaving it to each of my daughters to do their own doesn't seem to be working at all.

Thanks for the warning Kayboff. I will TRY to remember, and not have a fit when I can't get in....let's hope it goes as scheduled and isn't off for HOURS longer than expected!!

I realize sites need to this periodically. What I don't understand is why they don't schedule in hours of low usage as most other sites do. My bank performs this type of maintenance and updates regularly and they do so in the late hours of the night and wee hours of the morning. Go figure!

Thank you for the information. That will be a good time to do some house cleaning to be ready for the coming company for dinner on Thanksgiving Day.

Let's hope they keep opn their schedule.

I am glad I will be at work on Sunday so I dont have to sit and chew my fingernails waiting. If I were home I might actually get some cleaning and laundry done that is stacking up. haha

just think of the upside. 3 whole hours without Trolls.

a nice time to go out for brunch.

phone a friend, or a relative, and you just might make their day.

or spend time with those that are close to you.

I will be working at that time so it will not be a problem for me.

Yep, noticed a little earlier -- we can either sleep in or get stuff done that's fallen along the yahoo side--- er, wayside.

Thanks for posting this. I would have had withdraws big time without this warning. I think I'll go out for breakfast Sunday.
