All of the people who suggest leather friendly oil are on the right track. I use Miguiars...but, there are any number of good leather oils available. I recommend you close the glove around a ball and secure it in a closed position for a few nights after oiling it. And, obviously play with it as much a you can. The 'break in' period is shortened with use. (By the way, an 11.5 inch glove is pretty big for a mature infielder.) Good luck and keep your head down and eyes on the ball all the way into the glove.

Gonna sound weird, but dip it in water after you throw it up in the air and let it land in the gravel out back a few hundred times then put a ball in the pocket and tie it up with rubberbands to form it.
Good luck . . .

What I used to do years ago is put a baseball in it and wrap string around it really tight. You can also carefully roll over it with a car and let it sit their for a little while.

Got baby oil or shaving cream (not gel)? Both of those can be smoothed on a glove and thrown in a clothes dryer. Most likely you have one of those in your house.

Rub Mink oil into it and put a ball in the center and tie it closed with some twine.

shaving cream works. rub it in then put ball in glove and sleep on it or rubberband it. i think playing catch or just throwing the ball into your glove helps a ton also.

my dad puts this mink oil on it but also you can try to put a baseball in it and wrap something around it really tight like a bungie cord, and leave it like that for a while. it should loosen it up a bit.

There's actually some stuff you can spray on it to wear the leather. I hear of people sticking it in the oven too. You better look into it before you do it.

a lot of playing with it, also putting a ball in the webbing, and putting a lot of weight on it over night for a few nights helps.
