First one.

If the apartment only belonged to "you", you would say "The apartment belongs to me", but since there are two people it would be "The apartment belongs to Pamela and I".

Sentence 2. If you removed 'Pamela' in the first sentence, then it would be 'The apartment belongs to I.' And that makes no sense.

I cannot believe Pamela has even considered buying an apartment with you.
You are just trying to sound capable of forming a relationship.
2 is the answer, or is it two?

The first sentenceconversationally can be correct too. we call it informal English, but the second one is grammatically correct....why because in the second sentence The apartment is the main subject..and since Pamela and me are objects, so it should be me...me is an objective pronoun..I is a subjective pronoun, it usually comes in the beginning of the sentence, so you cant use it at the end of the sentence is this case..........ok???good luck!

2) The apartment belongs to Pamela and me. =
The apartment belongs to Pamela.
The apartment belongs to me.
'The appartment belongs to I' would not be correct, so sentence 1 is not correct.
