i think you're gonna have to rephrase the question to be more specific. you mean how much can somebody do it? legally? because i think you can do it as much u wanna. so as far as what, like if you still want healthy skin down there? definitely in that case too much friction's not good. or you don't wanna run out of sperm? well it's replaceable. you don't want psychological problems from thinking about sex too much? everybody's mind is different, so nobody knows your limit there. you don't wanna sprain your elbow? yeah definitely don't overdo it. you could get carpal tunnel. don't wanna lose your fingerprints? i think in that case it'd take kind of a lot.
so when you rephrase the question you might wanna tell us the reason for the limits.
you also could, but don't have to, tell us the reason why you're asking for male and female both, but if you don't i think most of us unimaginative buggers are gonna grasp at the obvious: you're a hermaphrodite.
anyway, i think i'll give you a star. it's a rather thought-provoking question.

as per the law book, the limit set is 45 pm for males and 85 pm for females. check city code on chuteeya.com before seeing the latest published limits.

It depends on person to person. On who much free time they have got their stamina privacy etc. Their is no upper limit. Its bad only after a limit that it becomes addiction i mean if it starts interfering with your daily activities.
