It'll probably be Hillary vs. Giuliani. If so, I think he'll be dog meat. If it's Edwards vs. Giuliani, same outcome for Giuliani. But Obama vs. Giuliani could be a close horse race, due to racism that *still* seethes under the surface among many whites. Especially in the South. (SAD commentary on the USA in the 21st century!)
I think Mitt and the other Republicans don't stand a chance of being nominated. Thankfully... in case the Democrat were to lose in the 2008 General Election. Giuliani at least, is an egalitarian on social issues, and he repudiates the RRR Cult's agendas.

I think it's anyone's race in regards to the Democratic nomination. Iowa is going to be an important caucus and it's a dead heat still. I think it has the potential to go in another direction. Obama and Edwards are both gaining and all of the cats are out of the bag at this point. It's a matter of reachout. The next few months out to be interesting.

we elect them in 2008 (November) and they take office in Jan 2009.
& it is really early to even guess as to who will win. Or for that matter who will even be running.
