Before we had a baby, weekly. Now I try to remember to do it, but it usually ends up with when they start to smell gross. Which is just wrong. I need to get back on a laundry schedule again.

Weekly. They can't be that dirty, but I LOVE the smell and feel of clean sheets and pillow cases.

Once every 6-7 days. I have sensitive skin and it bugs me if I go longer. And I air dry them outside.

At least once a week. If you don't you are just sleeping on a pile of your own dead skin. EWWWW!
