Salad greens with meat strips on it is very filling.
Tuna Sandwich:
Open a can of tuna, press out the oil or water, mix in a little mayo and pickle relish, eat on bread, toast, or with crackers.
Old school cereal:
Break up bread in a bowl, sprinkle on some sugar, add milk.
Egg Sandwich:You could toast 2 slices of bread. Cook an egg (spray or put some oil in a pan, heat to medium, break in egg, stir it a bit. When it all turns solid, it is done) Lay on toast. Add a slice of cheese. You can spread Mayonaise or salad dressing on one side of the toast, it adds a bit of a bite to the taste. Or put a sprinkle of black pepper on the egg.
Add a glass of milk to any of these suggestions for a more satisfying finish. Pop or juice may leave you unsettled, or feeling vaguely hungry yet. Bon apetite!

I think you should start learning to cook, beginning with the basics. You could make pasta, which is quite simple. Do you have any spaghetti sauce? If so, just cook up your pasta, drain, and add your sauce. Put on a little grated cheese, or whatever you like. You can add a vegetable and viola, you become an Italian chef who prepared her first gourmet meal!

Go to Trader Joe's and pick up one of those nutritious pre-cooked stir fry vegetables and add shrimps. You can get cooked shrimps at the same place. That goes well with steam rice.

SCrambled eggs, bacon, toast or a grilled cheese sandwich. You need to learn how to take care of yourself. If you can operate a computer you can cook.

Macaroni & cheese in a microwave package.
Or a sandwich or cereal, you wouldn't have to cook at all.
