I assume you mean a blank DVD (about 4 GB) or double-layer DVD media (about 8 GB).

There are CD's taht can hold upto 720MB data, if you are looking for more then prefer DVD or greater version of optical discs

Your best bet is to either use a 720mb disk, like the previous poster said, or try a DVD.
