if you have helio "ocean" can u help me out? i have a question.?

can i put movies to my ocean? and also, the helio web site has this program that i can download so i could put videos on my fone from my pc but idk how to do it? its confusing? can you help?

You can convert movies and make ring tones! just follow the easy steps they provide, they even give you the websights for the free software to use.
