what is aviteo ltd m?

this was on my bank statment, the bank has no idea who or what this is.

They offer shareware for downloading. Aviteo Ltd. is supposed to be a daughter company of GoNamic GmbH. Did you download something thinking it was for free? But how would they have your bank a/c no.?
