She beings her own cheering section. I saw the Iowa dinner meeting (or whatever they call it) and her cheerleaders had signs that read "turn up the heat" and on her cue, they held them up and screamed "turn up the heat". Her cue being "...and what do we do?..." That was way too obvious.

Yes, and sigh and moan anytime any other candidate said anything that tried to hold her feet to the flame. And Blitzer did nothing to discourage such activity.
Much like the booing of Ron Paul in the Republican debates during questions about the unpopular war. Or the planting of the Frank Luntz "debate" group (where Paul supporters were barred from staying, and Hillary was deemed a socialist).

It is because she is the only candidate they really know. As current politics invade Nevada, they will clap for others and kindly boo Hillary.

I remember one who was yelling to the top of his lungs "between freedom and slavery I choose slavery". The crowd went wild, happy wild.
