After I wash and dry my shirts, they still have that armpit smell. I wear deoderant daily, but why do my shirts retain that smell? What can I do/use to prevent this? I wash my fiance's clothes and his shirts don't smell...

Use white vinegar to wash your clothes (approx 1/2 cup and add 2 tbs spoons of bicarbonate of soda) as this helps to neuturalise sweat and takes the smell out of the clothes. For this I use a spray gun with white vinegar and spray the sweaty parts of my clothes. Leave for approx 1 hour and wash. Rinse thoroughly on a prolonged cycle. Always spray the white vinegar on dirty clothes even if you're not washing them straight away. it won't harm the clothes and the BO smells come out from the clothes.

The same thing happens with me and my husband. His laundry stinks after washing, mine doesn't. With our new washer I use a prewash cycle and tide with color safe bleach.
I didn't have that option on our old washer.
I think that I might try the white vinegar in spray bottle next time this happens.

what i do when ever I have stains. I just at liquid soap to them. I you don't have liquid soap, than wet the stained area and add the powder soap directly on the stain. let it rest for like 5 min. and them wash like you normally wash.
I also uuse this type of deoderant... ARRID ExtraDry

might try adding a 1/4 cup of baking soda to your wash
helps my company shirts get clean
